Preparing for the Loss of Your Pet

Please complete the following questions to help us assist you in planning for your pet.

We care about our clients and their pets, and we understand how difficult it is to lose a loved one. Every effort is made to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible during a very difficult time and we hope having this information in advance will give you time to make decisions with your family in the comfort of your own home. You may wish to scatter, bury or place your pet's ashes in an urn or not receive ashes back. Below are descriptions of each cremation service offered along with their prices to aid you in your decision. Your pet is gently placed in the cremation unit along with several other pets. After cremation, the remains are collected together, and their ashes will be buried at no extra cost in a garden located in Lively at Memory Gardens. This type of cremation is for those who do not wish to have ashes returned. Clients are always welcome to return to their pet's final resting place and take a stroll around the garden in memoriam of their passed loved one. The gardens are separated and marked according to the year your pet passed.

An identification disk with a specific number assigned to each pet, as well as being processed separately, will still ensure that your own pet's ashes are returned to you in a biodegradable temporary urn which you may choose to keep or transfer ashes to another container.
